This study involved six patients with 12 fresh extraction sockets, who required dental implant therapy to replace the extracted single rooted maxillary anterior teeth. The patients were chosen from the outpatient clinic in the oral and maxillofacial surgery department, Faculty of oral and dental medicine, Cairo university. The patient's age in this study ranged from 25 to 45 years old with mean age 35 years old. The need for extraction was confirmed by clinical and radiographic examination. Comparison between clinical evaluation of soft tissues after 1 weekand 6 months of loading: Comparison between bleeding on probing (BOP) after 1 week and after 6 months of loading: Mean BOP at 1 week was 1.2±0.4 that decreased to 0 after 6 months (disappeared). This difference was statistically significant. Comparison between pocket depth after 1 week and after 6 months of loading: Mean pocket depth at 1 week was 1.5±0.7 that decreased to 1±0 after 6 months. This difference was statistically significant p=0.052. Comparison between plaque index after 1 week and after 6 months of loading: Mean plaque index at 1 week was 1.3±0.8 that decreased to 1.0±0.8 after 6 months. This difference was not statistically significant p0.081
