This study aimed to measure the impact of Implementation of new Model in manufacturing Factories. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher select Elsewedy Cables Company for this study as Elsewedy Cables is one from the biggest factories in the world in cables production so it is very important to implement the new model to measure the effect of apply these standards on Business results of the company like (Increase Customer Satisfaction, Decrease Customer Complaints,{u2026}.),So researcher put the following hypothesis: Implementation of existing system based on ISO standards enough for improving the performance in Factory under study. Developed model in Factory under study decreasing the number of received Customer Complaints. Number of Non Conformities from External Audits decreases based on Implementation of Developed Model in Factory under study. Internal Audits Non Conformities improved based on Developed Model in Factory under study. Customer Satisfaction increased in Factory under study based on implementation of developed model.The study reached the following results: {uF0B7} There is positive results on customer satisfaction measurement from implement the new model {uF0B7} There are positive results on decrease number of customer complaints after implement new model {uF0B7} There are positive results on decrease number of Non conformities from External Audits after implement new model {uF0B7} There are positive results on decrease number of Non Conformities from Internal Audits after implement new model
