The main aims of the present study was to design a proposed English language program using tablet for 1st year secondary school talented students in light of their language needs. Participants of the study were 136 students, 20 teachers and 10 supervisors. To achieve this aim, the study adopted the descriptive research method (analytical). The researcher collected data through three needs analysis questionnaires during the academic year 2016-2017. The triangulation of data collection helped to focus on the actual needs of the talented students. Reliability and validity of the study instruments were verified. Data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed statistically using SPSS program. Results of the study revealed more than 72% of the study participants agreed that the four language skills were very important for the talented students. Consequently, the proposed program was designed to fulfill the students{u2019} needs in the most important sub-skills in each of the four language skills, adopting the ADDIE model and using MINT application.
