There have been high positive correlation coefficient of total biosecurity score with the percent of clinical problems among Arabian horses in the three farms. Regarding infectious gastrointestinal tract problems, the percent of diarrhea among foals was about 12.8 ±3.7 while it was 2.1 ±0.05 and 5.4±1.7 for farm 1, farm2 and farm3 respectively, also the percent of strangles have been 9.6 ±2.7 in farm 1 while there were no percent in other farms. While pneumonia cases among foals noted to be 1.3 ± .07 in farm1 followed by 2.7 ± 0.5 in farm 3 and no percent in farm 2 correlated o housing type. Laminitis percent was higher in farm 2 due to confinement in boxes with 14.5±4.8 in mares and 2.1± 0.6 in stallions, while percent in farm1 was 1.3±0.7 in mares and 0.3±0.02 in stallions However, mares of farm3 was 2.7±0.4 and no percent in stallions of same farm.
