Aim: This study aims at evaluating the association between primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis (PMNE) and Attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and its subtypes. Methods: In this study 110 children diagnosed with PMNE were recruited from pediatric psychiatry clinic, Kasr Alainy, Cairo University, and assessed for ADHD and other behavioral disorders using (KSADS-PL) and (CPRS-48); these findings were compared with a group of 110 normal children, both sexes were involved. Results: This study's results showed that the prevalence of ADHD in the cases group with PMNE represents 57% (n=63), while that in the control group represents 23% (n=25). ADHD-I (the predominantly inattentive type) showed the highest prevalence among ADHD subtypes that estimated 28% (n=31). Conclusion: This study results revealed the presence of a significant association between PMNE and ADHD especially ADHD-predominantly inattentive type. Conduct disorder and Oppositional defiant disorder also showed significant association with PMNE
