All-ceramic restorations have become more widely accepted due to their high esthetic potential and their excellent biocompatibility. The earlier success experienced with crowns and anterior fixed partial dentures have been extended to all-ceramic bridges by using the high-performance zirconium oxide ceramics and IPS e-max CAD. The quest for less invasive, longer lasting, and more esthetic restorations has elevated adhesive dentistry to new levels. Improved bonding agents, composites, and resin cements are being developed at an incredible pace. The aim of the present study was to establish of variant designs of a conservative fixed restorative ceramic approach for restoring missing maxillary lateral incisor aiming to assess their mechanical performance using two different ceramic materials for construction of the bridges employing CAD-CAM technology. In the present study, thirty resin bonded fixed partial dentures (FPDs) were constructed to restore missing maxillary lateral incisor utilizing the maxillary central and canine as abutments. The Resin bonded fixed partial dentures were divided according to the design into three groups as follows: Group (I) : Three units Resin bonded bridges with minimal preparation. (10 FPDs) 2control group3. Group (II): Three units Resin bonded bridges with proximal grooves.(10 FPDs). Group (III): Three units Resin bonded bridges with proximal grooves and cingulum indentation (10 FPDs)
