Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Summary: Methods: It{u2019}s a Prospective study, The age of the participants ranged from 20 to 35 years. The patients had their BMI recorded. According to WHO classification of BMI, The Patients allocated into 2 equal groups, 82 patients each. the following data will be collected regarding age, BMI, Hormonal profile (FSH, LH, Prolactine, TSH, AMH and E2), Causes of infertility, antral follicle count (AFC) Then the IVF cycle is observed regarding HMG ampules required for induction all through the cycle , number of growing follicles >15mm, number of oocyte retrived, endometrial thickness at time of ovum pick up, difficulty of oocyte retrival, quality of oocyte retrived, number of oocyte fertilized , number and grades of embryos, number of embryo transfered.Main Outcome Measure(s): Occurrence of pregnancy or not, HMG ampules required for induction all through the cycle , number of growing follicles >15mm, number of oocyte retrived, endometrial thickness at time of ovum pick up, difficulty of oocyte retrival, quality of oocyte retrived, number of oocyte fertilized , number and grades of embryos, number of embryo transfered
