It is a public health problem that adversely affects different aspects of quality of life. The disease also causes depression and anxiety due to hospitalization, long term medications and restricted social life. Objective: to assess quality of life, depression and anxiety in children with asthma and to correlate them with their degree of asthma severity. Methods: this cross- sectional study was conducted on 106 children diagnosed with asthma and were clinically evaluated to determine level of their asthma control and degree of asthma severity and were administered pediatric asthma quality of life questionnaire, children depression inventory and spence children's anxiety scale. Results: males constituted 62.3% of studied patients while 37.7% were females. About 46.2% of the studied patients had severe degree of impairment in their quality of life, 43.4% had severe degree of depression and 79.2% were suffering from anxiety (anxious). There was statically significant direct correlation between different degrees of quality of life impairment, different degrees of depression, different degrees of anxiety and level of asthma control and degree of asthma severity
