Based on hysteroscopic findings, that majority of cases show normal hysteroscopy (77%), versus 4% show subseptate uterus, 3% show arcuate uterus, 3% show endometrial polyp, and 3% show submucous fibroid, 2% had intramural fibroid, 2% Intrauterine adhesions,4% Cervical stenosis, and 1% had Cervical polyp, and Cervical adhesions.
