Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - National Cancer Institute - Department of Oncology (Surgical) Summary: Bladder cancer incidence varies widely throughout the world. Belgium and Italy, for example, have the highest recorded incidence rates in europe, much more than in the united states with an incidence of 24.1/100,000 and estimated 61,160 newly diagnosed cases in 2007. In Egypt, bladder cancer has been the most common cancer among males during 50 years. In 2002' Egypt's world standardized bladder cancer incidence was 26.9/ 100,000 representing approxmately 782 new cases each year. Number ofpatient in thesis is 1418 cases from (2004-2008) study change on patient and management in Egypt. This Study gives us more number in 2005 about 308 cases and show bladder cancer formation and effect of industrial Hazards, drugs and smoking. Then enzyme effect as (sulphat, nitrates and others) bilaharisais play an important role in bladder cancer formation and gene mutation also vitamin deficiency, taking caffe of tea play on important role. This study resulted more than female, smoker affect than other non-smoker. And surgical interference is more and its results good in rectal Bladder+colostomy other chemo or radiotherapy
