The effect of the fixed media positions on the performance of a lab-scale in terms of organic and nutrient removal, Reactor operating conditions to optimize the nitrification denitrification process like hydraulic retention time and organic loading rate. The study was carried out in Imyay WWTP, Qalubia {u2013} Egypt focuses on OM and nutrients removal, microbial growth activity was included and discussed in this study
