Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Summary: The aim of this study to observe the impact of obesity on the outcome of ICSI cycles and to compare the outcome of ICSI treatments in overweight , obese and morbidly obese patients. A total of 300 patients undergoing ICSI cycles were categorized on the basis of body mass index: (group A 25-29.9 , group B 30-34.9 , group C {u2265}35 ). No statistically significant difference among the three groups of patients as regard all the parameters of the outcome including dose and duration of drug used for stimulation, number of oocytes retrieved , number of embryos obtained and finally the pregnancy rate
