Using APACHE SCORE II retrospective data collection of all obstetrical and gynecological patients in critical care unite for 150 patients and this study to evaluate number of patients which admitted and the most common causes of admission in critical care unite and to evaluate labs, radiology and drugs for each patient. Also to evaluate outcome and mortality rate. Our study show pre eclampsia is most common cause of admission then obstetric hemorrhage and sepsis
