Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of E.N.T Summary: The aim of study was to compare between spreader graft and spreader flap in management of middle nasal vault obstruction. This case-controlled study was conducted on 40 patients of both sexes suffering from both aesthetic and functional problems. Patients were divided into 2 groups: group1 consists of 20 patients where spreader graft was used either by open or closed approach and group 2 consists of 20 patients where spreader flap was used either by open or closed approach. Pre and post-operative parameters are used for evaluations. No statistical difference between spreader graft and spreader flap in management of middle nasal vault obstruction either by open or closed approach
