With the rapid growth of the electronic documents from a variety of sources in scientific areas, it has become a necessity to classify texts into specific categories. As a result, automatic text classification has become an inspiring area of computer science research for handling and classifying textual data. This thesis basically talks about the importance of automatic text classification. ATC can be described as an assignment process of every text document into the most appropriate category. It is used to get useful information of a widespread amount of data. Implementing automatic text classification in management data has been proven to save time and effort. Before, this process was used to be done manually by using individuals which caused lots of difficulties.Talking about the main problem this study is focusing on, it is summarized in the huge number of separated databases the Agricultural bank of Egypt owns; each branch has its own database, so any problem happens should be referred to the Head Office where an employee is responsible for classifying the problem and directing it manually. Here comes the problem, the regular counting on the human agent may cause some delay which can be easily solved by the ATC
