Moreover, competitive advantage can be gained and sustained through achieving their strategic objectives. Businesses recently recognized that they will achieve the new notions of the competitive advantages only through their talented employees Talent management is a set of activities in attracting, developing and retaining highpotential employees at all levels to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization.Talent management has been the target of increasing interest in the business world and has appeared more frequently in the academic literature nowadays. Success of the company in managing talent will be the critical factor to develop competitive advantages. The purpose of this study is to investigate talent management and how business should work with talent management in order to gain a sustainable competitive advantage. Talent management is found to be important for multinational organizations because of the dynamic business environment, the competitive marketplace, and the need for businesses to become more strategic and competitive. Furthermore, talent management is required by the fact that it has been found to lead to higher profits when it is connected to the business strategy
