Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Engineering - Department of Architectural Engineering Summary: Heritage buildings often face many problems, such as the threat of being omitted and erased from the memory and concern of the community. In this thesis, the researcher introduces drama as a supporting conservation tool, which helps to document heritage buildings and heritage sites by showing them to a large number of people. If these buildings are portrayed in movies then they will be kept in the memory of generations to come. This would also help to increase the number of people who know and care about their heritage, increase the number of visitors to these buildings and, therefore, increase the income produced, which can then be used for conserving these buildings
