Aim of study is Comparing the efficacy and outcome of Pltelets rich plasma versus Hyaluronic acid versus Placebo injections in the management of Supraspinatus tendinopathy. Methods: Patient selection is based on a study of 60 patients with Supraspinatus tendinopathy who are good candidates for the local injection of either PRP, Hyaluronic acid or a placebo (aged from 21 to 65 years old). Dividing them into three groups each include 20 patients, in the first group Platelets rich plasma will be used, in the second group Hyaluronic acid will be used, in the third group a placebo will be used. Block randomization is used.Block randomisation is used to ensure a balance in the number of. Informed consent was obtained. Results :These data therefore suggest astrong clinical effect of local injection of either PRP or HA proximal to lesion at tendinopathic area or tear and surrounding to it. Improved pain scores wereaccompanied by improved functional and MRI outcomes, suggesting that healing occurred at the tissuelevel
