Methods: The study was conducted in Allergy and Pulmonology Clinic of Specialized Children Hospital, Cairo University. The study included 100 pediatric patients with bronchial asthma and followed up for at least 6 months, patients were evaluated for inhaler technique using a checklist and evaluated for adherence using a questionnaire from ( Capangulo et al., 2015), diagnosis and control of asthma were determined according to GINA guidelines
