Vitamin D deficiency is common among reproductive age women. Thus, a role of vitamin D in female reproduction has been suggested, despite evidence remains sparse and controversial, with some retrospective studies indicating that vitamin D deficiency is related to lower pregnancy rate. Several studies support the role of vitamin D in human reproduction and suggest that vitamin D levels predict reproductive success following in vitro fertilization (IVF). We measured serum Vit D level in poor responders women undergoing ICSI and the women who had Vit D Deficiency included in the study .By parallel randomization, the cases divided into study and control groups, the study group received Vit D supplement to compare it with the control group to determine the effect of Vit D on poor responders patients and possible effect on top quality embryos ( MII) ,fertilization rate ,implantation rate and pregnancy rate
