The objective of this study was to determine the diagnostic role of some adipokines and oxidative stress biomarkers in assessing severity and prediction of early outcomes among septic patients. Finally all the experimental results evaluated and tabulated and statistically analyzed. Conclusion: Lipocalin-2 (LNC 2) resistin (Rist), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase 3 (GPX 3) can be considerd as a good diagnostic biomarkers in patients suffering from sepsis on admission and after 48 hours from admission
