Objective: detect Prevalence of Pulmonary Hypertension in Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia in Preterms Subjects and methods: Cross sectional study that was conducted through the period from July 2017 to January 2019. This study included30preterm neonateadmitted to NICU of Cairo University pediatric hospitals andmeeting thecriteria of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (oxygen supplementation{u2009} {u2265} 30%{u2009}and/or requirement for positive pressure support > 28 days). Results: The mean gestational age of the studied neonates was 34±2.32 weeks. 46.7% were males and 53.3%% were females. 96.7% were born by CS. The mean duration of admission was 37.67± 8.4 days and the mean duration of O2 support was 29.9±.1.48 days. BPD-PH prevalence was 93% among patients with BPD. Conclusion: Development of PH was significantly correlated to duration of oxygentherapy, need for higher FIO2 and lower oxygen saturation (spO2). Development of PH was not correlated to mode of oxygen therapy
