This study was designed to investigate the route of cement layer failure under all ceramic crowns using a finite element analysis. A four natural intact human mandibular molars were mounted in acrylic resin blacks and prepared to receive Ips e.max crowns. Standardized tooth preparation was carried out by CNC milling machine to have a rounded shoulder finish line of l mm thickness, with occlusal reduction following occlusal anatomy 5 mmoccluso-gingival height and two different occlusal convergence a)Two teeth will be prepared with 10o total occlusal convergence b)two teeth will be prepared with 18o total occlusal convergence crowns were fabricated according to manufacturer's instructions using IPS e.max blocks. Milling was carried out by CAD/CAM laser dental milling machine. Teeth were divided into two main groups according to type of cement used each group was further subdivided into two subgroups (each of one specimens 10oand 18o degree of convergence). Milled crown were cemented to the prepared teeth using relay X Ultimate self-etch adhesive resin cement and conventional glass ionomer cement .For each group, the route of cement failure was determined directly after cementation and after appling dynamic load which clinically simulate oral conditions through the computer program of finite element analysis. Specimens were then tested for cement failure directly after cementation and after dynamic loading
