The number of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from milk sample were 5 (1.9%) out of (265) from isolates were Klebsiella pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae were isolated in 111 (33%) out of 640 infant samples, blood samples were 87(40%), pharyngeal swab21 (29%), mechanical ventilator 3(6%) from isolates that confirmed Klebsiella pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae were isolated in 10 (20%) out of (50) chicken nasal passage samples, 1(2%) out of 50 sheep lung and liver tissue samples, 5(6.6%) out of 75 dog bone marrow samples and 13(33%) out of 40 rabbit nasal swab samples
