Purpose: the aim is to evaluate the role of endovascular interventions in treatment of iliac artery aneurysms with one year follow up. Patients and methods: This is a prospective study that included 20 patients with iliac artery aneurysms who underwent endovascular treatment in the period from March 2017 to March 2018. Inclusion Criteria: Patients with iliac artery aneurysm defined as (iliac artery diameter > 3 cm) with adequate proximal and distal landing zone. Exclusion Criteria: {u2022}Patients with anastomotic aneurysms. {u2022}Patients with infected aneurysms. {u2022}Patients with severe renal impairment (GFR <30ml /min/1.73m2) Results: mean Patients{u2019} age was 77.3 years, male to female ratio 19:1. The access: bilateral femoral cut-down was performed in 18 patients, while percutaneous puncture was performed in two patients. Sixteen patients needed infrarenal bifurcated stent grafts, while stent grafts for coverage of only the iliac arteries were needed in two patients. Iliac Branched Device was used in two patients, while coiling of the IIA was performed in eight patients. The significant intra-procedural complications during this study included 1 patient with type 1 endoleak, 2 patients with type 2 endoleak, and one had dissection of the access. One patient developed buttock claudication (who did bilateral coil embolization) which improved with time. Technical success achieved in all patients (100%). No mortalities occurred during the 1 year follow up
