Patients and Methods: Forty patients of both sexes undergoing hemodialysis were selected from hemodialysis unit of El-Sahel teaching hospital included in this study, their age ranged from 35 to 45 years and patients were undergoing dialysis from 3 to 5 years. They were medically stable. They were randomly distributed into two equal groups: study group consisted of 20 patients received the routine dialysis care and practiced aerobic exercises by using the Foot Pedal and the moderate exercise determined by Borg scale for 30-40 min/session, 3 times/week for 12 weeks and Control group consisted of 20 patients received the routine dialysis care. Results: Statistical analysis revealed that there was significant difference in serum calcium levels as they increased in study group with non-significant difference decrease in control group 9.13%, 0.63% respectively. Also there was significant difference in serum phosphorous and in both groups as they decreased in study group and increased in control group 10.17%, 3.47% respectively and there was significant difference in potassium levels in both groups as they decreased in study group and increased in control group 7.23%, 7.21 % respectively. While there was non-significant difference in serum sodium levels in both groups
