However, the therapy poses multiiple challenges to the interventionalist due to the persence of widespread multilevel disease, long and complex occlusive lesion (El-Sayed,2013). A tibiopedal access method is needed for patients with advanced peripheral artery disease (PAD) unable to tolerate common femoral artery (CFA) assess and intervention due to body habitus comorbidities (Mustapha et al., 2014)
