The aim of this study was to find a reliable method for diagnosis of T.gondii in pregnant and non pregnant women as well as in small animals (sheep and goat) .Despite the limitations of serological tests , they are still used for the diagnosis , the commercial kits of ELISA (IgG and IgM) for detection of toxoplasma antibodies are increasingly being used
