This study was conducted to measure the candida growth on maxillary removable partial dentures base material Bre-Flex Vs PEEK Eighteen partially edentulous patients with maxillary Kennedy class III modification I with opposing dentate mandibular arch were participated in the study. They were randomly selected according to predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria from outpatient clinic, Department of Removable Prosthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry (Cairo University). The patients were randomly assigned to two groups, (Group I: Patients received maxillary removable partial denture fabricated from injectable Bre.flex second edition resin material reinforced by metal framework.(Group II): Patients received maxillary removable partial denture fabricated from Injectable polyrtheretherketone (PEEK) reinforced by framework. The number of colonies in each group were counted and recorded separately then sent for statistical analysis.The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the Candida colonies counts between the two groups
