As a result of applying the technologies in the production process, the developing nation such as China as mentioned in this study can be the dominant party in the trade with the developed nation such as U.S as mentioned in this study. The general pattern of trade flows is from the developed nation that has the highest technological levels and highly skilled labor to the developing nation that has low technological levels and less skilled labor. After applying many scenarios on ABM for international trade between the U.S and China, the general pattern of trade flows became from the China to U.S due to the gradual technological shocks in the China`s cloth sector. Furthermore, China is considered the new coming economic power in all fields of development, manufacturing and production
