Coconut liquid is a natural drink that contains many bioactive nutrients. Diabetes is a syndrome characterized by loss of glucose homeostasis for various reasons, and hyperlipidemia is a heterogeneous group of disorders in the concentration of cholesterol plasma. These fatty disorders may occur from high blood lipids and may arise from the work of a single gene or by factors such as diet. This study aims to evaluate the effect of nutrients on coconut liquids on hypoglycemia and hyperlipidemia. The experimental animals were divided into seven groups: normal control, natural streptozotocin-induced rats (STZ) as diabetes control, as well as rats induced by a high amount of fats. Diabetes and hyperlipidemia rats were treated with coconut liquid in two doses (100 and 500 ml / kg diet) for four weeks. Biological parameter measured such as body weight gain (feed intake, body weight gain and feeding efficiency ratio); signs of diabetes (glucose, insulin, balance model for insulin resistance assessment and pancreatic balance model for beta evaluation); liver functions (transaminase alanine; transaminase aspirate and alkaline phosphate), hyperlipidemic markers (triglycerides (TG), high lipoprotein (HDL), low lipoprotein (LDL), very low lipoprotein(VLDL) total cholesterol, and atherogenic coefficient); as well as histological examination. Significantly debilitated hyperglycemia and STZ as an oxidative strain of diabetic rats caused and impaired renal and hepatic functions resulting from increased blood fat and indicating coconut remedial fluid
