Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Commerce - Department of Business Administration Summary: The purpose of my Thesis is to determine 2The extent to which achieving organizational justice (Distributive and procedural justice) can reduce the cynical behavior of various employees, whether females or males with different educational backgrounds and different ages and taking these differences as a (moderator) affecting the role of organizational justice in minimizing the cynicism phenomena at Petroleum companies in Egypt.3 Research methodology: Data were gathered from a sample of 277 employees from three petroleum companies, one from each sector. Due to the time constraints, cost and availability, the study depended on proportionate stratified random sampling. Pearson correlation was conducted to test the hypothesized relationship. Results: The results showed that there is a significant negative relationship between Distributive justice and the three dimensions of organizational cynicism (Cognitive\Affective\Behavioral cynicism). The results also showed that there is a significant negative relationship between Procedural justice and the three dimensions of organizational cynicism (Cognitive\Affective\Behavioral cynicism).Concerning the Demographic variables, Gender: the results showed that there is significant difference between males and females in terms of the relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Cynicism. Age: the results showed that there is insignificant difference between employees{u2019} different Ages in terms of the relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Cynicism. Educational background: the results showed that there is significant difference between employees{u2019} different Educational backgrounds in terms of the relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Cynicism
