Patients and Methods: This study was applied on forty children with right hemiparetic cerebral palsy their ages ranged from five to eight years , were recruited from outpatient physical therapy clinics at El-Menshawy general hospital ,Tanta, they were assigned randomly into two groups, group (A): included twenty children who received modified Constraint Induced Movement Therapy for 3 hours per day 5 days per week for 4 weeks, group (B): included 20 children received Mirror Therapy for 30 minutes per day 5 days per week for 4 weeks, Both groups received regular selective physical and occupational therapy apart from the above interventions 1.5 hours /day {u2015}3 times per week{u2016} for 4 weeks), Quality of Upper Extremity Skills Test Scale used to asses hand function before and after intervention. Results: There was a significant increase in the quality of upper extremity skills test scale score for both groups when comparing pre- and post-treatment scores, also there was a significant increase in post treatment scale score of groups (A) when comparing it to group (B)
