A healed burn patient may be left with scars have varying degrees of functional and aesthetic components. Their actual incidence is not known. However, it is inversely proportional to the standards of initial treatment with patients receiving best of care having minimum number and severity of these problems(Marc et al.,2020). After adequate resuscitation and stabilization of the victim, burn wounds should be meticulously cleaned and debrided. Achievement of wound healing is of major importance for the survival and clinical outcome of burn patients.Leaving dead tissue after debridement can not only slow down the wound healing process but also lead to infection, immunocompromise and cytokine profile disturbance(Chung et al.,2015)
