Mesonic bound states having both heavy quark and antiquark (c{u035E}c,b{u035E}b ndc{u035E}b) are among the best tools for understanding the quantum chromodynamics QCD. Many experimental groups such as CLEO (its short name for cleopatra and in Cornell Electron Storage Ring detector) at the Wilson Synchrotron Laboratory at USA, Large Electron- Positron collider LEP at Cern, The Collider Detector at Fermilab CDF at USA and North Area NA50 at Cern have provided several data. BABAR, ATLAS, CMS at Cern and Belle at the High Energy Accelerator Research Organization are producing and expected to produce more precise data in the upcoming experiments. The heavy quarkonia have very rich spectroscopy with experimentally will characterized states.The potential between the interacting quarks within the hadron demands the understanding of the underlying physics of strong interactions.There are many theoretical groups that have attempted to explain the production and decays of these states. In nonrelativistic potential models, there exist several forms of quark-antiquark potentials in the literature. The most common among them is the Coulomb repulsive plus quark confinement interaction potential. Some authors have considered the confinement of power potential ur {u0367} with varying {u0367} from 0.1 to 2 and confinement strength A to vary with potential index {u0367} . Linear confinement of quarks has been considered by many groups and they have provided good agreement with the experimental data for quarkonium spectroscopy along with the decay properties
