This experimental was conducted at El-Kanater El-Khairia Horticultural Research Station, Qalubia, Egypt, during two successive seasons of 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 to investigate the effect of magnetized diluted seawater and biofertilization on seedlings growth and chemical constituents of Swietenia macrophylla and Dalbergia sissoo seedlings. Four diluted seawater at concentrations of (2000, 4000, 5000 and 6000 ppm) as well as control (Nile water) have been taken and four treatments were used namely, magnetized diluted seawater alone, bio fertilization single, bio fertilization plus magnetized technique and the control with non-magnetized and non-biofertilizer. The obtained results cleared that irrigation the seedlings of Swietenia macrophylla with different saline water at levels of 2000, 4000 and 6000 ppm significantly reduced all the parameters of vegetative growth such as plant height, the increment of plant height, leaf area, root length and fresh and dry biomass comparable with control. Moreover, the levels of 5000 and 6000 ppm salinity separately caused mortality of all seedlings of Swietenia macrophylla and survived only when the seedlings were irrigated with saline water exposed to the magnetic field with or without bio fertilization. Whereas, seedlings of Dalbergia sissoo survived up to 4000 ppm salinity even so treated with the magnetic field or biofertilizer.Meaning that seedlings of Swietenia macrophylla tolerated salinity in water irrigation up to 5000 ppm with using the magnetic system with or without-bio fertilizer while Dalbergia sissoo seedlings did not tolerate the salinity over 4000 ppm
