This study was carried out in tissue culture laboratory , plant Biotechnology Department , National Research center during the period from 2002 to 2005Somatic embryogenesis regeneration from stigma , style and ovary explants of different citrus genotypes has been establishedThe results showed that ovary explants were the best explants for callus induction whereas , stigma explants were the best for somatic embryogenesis induction on the same medium (MS basal+3mg / L 6 - Benzylaminopurin (BAP) +500 mg / L malt extract+50 g / L sucrose+7g / L agar) Also , somatic embryogenesis was regenerated from undeveloped ovules cultured on three different mediaIt can be concluded
