Objective: To compare between Sub-Mucosal Diathermy versus sub-mucosal coblation of inferior turbinate. Methods: A total of 60 patients with hypertrophied inferior turbinates are included in the study. group (A) underwent sub-mucosal diathermy, and group (B) underwent sub-mucosal coblation of inferior turbinate. Results: Patients in group (A) showed better post-operative nasal symptoms (80%) while group (B) showed no post-operative crustations (100%). Conclusion: The current study revealed that sub-mucosal diathermy of inferior turbinate is better than sub-mucosal coblation regarding:- Visual Analogue Scale and post-operative endoscopic finding, However sub-mucosal coblation is better in post-operative crustations
