Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is one of the most successful techniques in redesigning and improving significant processes to improve the quality of products and company performance. In recent years, the demand for smart electricity meter has increased with the use of different appliances.The global smart meters market is projected to reach USD 20.0 billion by 2022 from an estimated USD 12.8 billion in 2018. This growth can be attributed to the rising investments in smart grid projects and increasing upgradation of transmission & distribution infrastructure, government policies, and energy conservation.This research work focuses on a smart metering manufacturing of electricity meters sector which has benefited from applying LSS due to its complicated work practices that face many challenges including increased the cost of materials, increased expenditures and difficulties related to manufacturing process or customer requirements. In particular, the top management in the smart electricity meters filed have an important role within organizations due to their essential role in providing continuous improvement services to processes
