Objective: This cross sectional study was designed to analyze the sensory profiles of children with spastic cerebral palsy level I, II, &III according to the Gross Motor Function Classification System without severe comorbidities besides cerebral palsy (i.e., diabetes, myopathy, neuropathy, uncontrolled epilepsy); non-autistic; were not exposed to burn injuries; without hearing or vision impairments compared to typically developing children. Methods: Eighty children were recruited into two groups; forty children with spastic cerebral palsy (Gross Motor Function Classification System levels I, II, & III) and forty typically developing children. Their caregivers filled the 2Child Sensory Profile 23 questionnaires then the sections of the questionnaires have been scored and analyzed. Results:Children with SCP have shown atypical scoring mostly in the2Avoiding3 (70%),2Registration3 (67.5%).2Body Position3 (82.5%), 2Movement3 (57.5%) and the Social-Emotional3 section (67.5%).Conclusion: Children with2Spastic Cerebral Palsy3 show sensory modulation problems; they are prone to show2Avoiding3 and 2Registration3 patterns, problems with proprioception and vestibular sensory systems, and social-emotional behavioral problems
