Multiple sclerosis (MS) is chronic diseases that influence brain and spinal cord resulting in various physical and psychiatric disabilities, Sleep disorders involves problems with the quality, timing, and amount of sleep, which result in daytime distress and impairment in functioning, Aerobic exercises is mild- to high physical exercise that relies mostly on the aerobic energy-generating mechanism, The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of selective physical therapy program on sleep disorders and quality of life in patients with Multiple Sclerosis. Thirty Multiple Sclerosis patients suffering from sleep disorders selected from Multiple Sclerosis unite of Ain Shams hospital and from outpatients clinic of faculty of physical therapy, Cairo University, all patients participated in present study, their ages ranged from 20 to 40 years old from both genders. They were assigned into two equal groups; group (A) received aerobic exercises, walking on treadmill for 15 minutes and rest in between for 5 minutes, In addition to conventional physical therapy program (Breathing, Circulatory, stretching, Active exercises and Balance training) for 45 minutes. While Group (B) received only conventional physical therapy program for 60 minutes 3/sessions/week, for 6 weeks, Session time was 60 minutes for each group.Assessment of sleep disorders by Pittsburg sleep quality index (PSQI) and Epworth sleepiness scale (ESS) and quality of life by Nottingham health profile (NHP) were done before and after the intervention.The findings showed that there was significant improvement pre and post treatment in group (A) in ESS, PSQI, FSS and NHP more than group (B)
