The efficacy of friendly natural products (acidifier , probiotics and synbiotic) as alternatives to antibiotics in prevention of most important enteric pathogens chickens ; as well as studying the effect of probiotic on serum / yolk cholesterol , egg production and intestinal / egg shedding of Senteritidis in layer hens , in trials to assist in limitation of using antibioticsObtained results proved that adding these preparations in feed of artificially infected broiler chickens lead to decrease in mortality rate , minimized the severity of both macroscopic and microscopic pathological pictures as well as inhibited caecal and intestinal pathogenic bacterial count related to each infectionOn using the probiotic ; reduction of both serum and yolk cholesterol have occurred as compared to the control untreated birds together with improving in egg quality and chicken zootechnical performancesContamination of eggs with Senteritidis and its shedding in dropping was also reducedIn conclusion , the use of such biotherapeutics could combat enteric bacterial problem and aided in improving the productive traits in chickens
