An international standard (ISO 37001:2016) is considered to be the main driver for many aspects of (ABMS) practice. Disruptive events can cause extensive handicaps and serious threats to the ability of a business to continue operating effectively. Businesses need to take certain rational steps to sustain long-term continuity under turbulent situations. (ABMS) is a framework whose systematic execution leads to sustained survival and competitive advantage for business. Both internal and external environmental factors influence the accomplishment of the ABMS framework. The study intends to investigate the impact of ABMS on the quality performance of industrial organizations. A structured questionnaire based on a survey was conducted to collect data from randomly selected employees. The objectives of the study were to evaluate readiness and preperdance already implemented in the crisis management department in the factory for textiles (the case study). The study applied to the international industrial sector to implement an Anti-bribery management system (ABMS), ISO 37001:2016 requirements, quality management performance; ISO 9001:2015 requirements, and finally, the top management commitment to the implementation of ABMS
