Purpose: This study systematically reviewed articles that showed the effect of Antigravity treadmill training on improving walking ability, gait characteristics and standing balance and posture reaction for children with cerebral palsy. Methods: Cochrane library, google scholar, Science Direct, physiotherapy evidence database(Pedro) and Pubmed from year 2011 to 2022 were searched to systematically review the randomized controlled trials either with or without meta-analysis which had to investigated pre/post intervention changes. For study quality assessment we used deferent scales such as pedro scale, Cochrane risk of bias, jaded score, Modified Sacket and down and black. Result: Of the 342 original articles, 133 articles were excluded for using different intervention, 51 articles for using different population and 141other type of antigravity treadmill, in the end, 15 articles met the inclusion criteria for analysis. Conclusion Antigravity treadmill training could be added to the physical therapy program for children with cerebral palsy to improve balance and postural reactions
