The spectrum of ketorolac tromethamine (KT) in simulated saliva fluid (SSF) , pH = 68 , was showed in figure (1) It showed ?max at 322 nm as described by Gordon MSet al (65) Table (1) and figure (2) showed a linear relationship between the absorbance and concentration of ketorolac tromethamine in simulated saliva fluidThe resulting relationship between absorbance and concentration was found to obey Beer's Lambert lawA procedural constant (k = 2018) was obtained from the reciprocal of the slope of the best fitting line representing the calibration curveThe spectrophotometric scanning of ketorolac tromethamine in presence of different materials used in this study indicated the absence of any interference at the predetermined ?max 322 nm
