Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Pharmacy - Department of Pharmaceutics Summary: On the basis of the previous findings , the following could be concluded : 1 - Preparation of locally freeze - dried kits for both BnAO and PhAO was done2 - The moisture content of the freeze - dried kits was within the acceptable limit3 - The prepared BnAO and PhAO kits were sterile , pyrogen free and did not have any unexpected toxicity
