The aim of our study is to evaluate the effect of low level laser for the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome pain in order to get an idea about the role of a new non - invasive treatment modality All patients had failed to obtain satisfactory pain relief with conservative treatments , including non steroidal anti - inflammatory drugs and wrist splints
