The differential diagnosis of paroxysmal disorders is broad in children.The present study included 50 infants ranging age from 5 months to 24 months complanining of paroxysmal events.They were subjected to long term EEG in addition monitoring of additional physiological parameters as EOG EMG , EKG , and respiratory assessment
