<br/><br/> In this research tow question were designed.the first aims at prioritizing the collect causes of disputes and the resolution methodologies and the second at obtaining relative weights for the ten studied factors influencing the dispute resolution strategy (DRS) decision and advising on the recommended resolution strategy for the different status of DRS - decision's factors in order to develop a computer model that acts as a decision maker.results showed that owner's un - fulfillment of contract obligations is the most frequant cause of disputs
