<br/><br/> In conclusion ceftiofur drugs administration by different routs for rats at therapeutic or even two , three , four folds of the therapeutic dose is safe and effective without adverse effect on liver and kidney function , while the excessive doses of the drug had adverse effect in liver and kidney functions , it could be recommended that the drug could be use safety even with 2 , 3 , 4 folds for covering sever types of different infectious diseases
